Greetings from the Principal’s Desk,

Ever since its inception in 1991, Saraswat Higher Secondary School, Godbhaga is the only aided college of Dhankauda block of Sambalpur district has been serving as a centre of education to fulfil the aspiration of hundreds of students who belong to the poor and backward section of the society. As we stand on the threshold of a new academic session, I extend a hearty and warm welcome to all my students, staff and parents. 

Each academic year is a new height scaled, another dream realized with new targets set for the future. Each member of this institution is devoted to turning dreams & aspirations into reality through sincerity & perseverance. During the past 33 years or so it has witnessed immense growth and development and has left its foot- prints on the sands of time. The college has great potentialities for an all round development needs a concerted effort by all its stake holders to groom it to begins in a new era of excellence in academic achievements so as to fulfill the long cherished dreams of the founders of the college and the citizens of the locality.
